Changes to Electronic Payment of Condo Fees

In an attempt to make the condo fee online payment system more user-friendly (cheaper), there are two methods you can use to pay your condo fee online and one method via telephone:

1. For $2 per transaction, you can have an automatic debit from your checking account each month. Log into our web site at www.tilmonproperties.com, go to Pay Online, login, then click "E Check Auto-Pay" and follow the instructions.

2. For $35 per transaction, you can pay using your credit or debit card. Go to to our web site at www.tilmonproperties.com, go to Pay Online, login, then click "Make Payment" and follow the instructions. The $35 fee covers credit card transaction fees.

3. Call 866-289-5977 and pay via telephone using your credit or debit card. First, however, you must get a phone payment username and ID by going to www.tilmonproperties.com, Pay Online, login, then in the Main Menu, click on Phone User ID and Pin.

**PLEASE be sure to call the 866 number listed above to confirm the fees involved in using these services before submitting payment.

Our building management company, Tilmon Properties, is now offering electronic payment of condominium fees. Please go to www.tilmonproperties.com to take advantage of this service. **Please be sure to contact RentPayment before completing your online transaction to determine the fee for this service.**
